Across science, investing, and building, I’ve learned to turn ambiguity into decisions, and to own what happens next.

At Duckbill, I’ve led a 200-person org spanning product, operations, finance, legal, IT, and marketplace through $37M raised, building the strategy, owning the P&L, and rebuilding a human-first product into an AI-first one.

Before that, I invested at Joyance Partners in delightful moments at the intersection of health, wellness, and tech, and before that, I founded Checkmate Diabetes, a venture-backed digital health platform. I started as a scientist with a B.A. in Molecular & Cellular Biology from Harvard, cum laude, with a research fellowship at Harvard Medical School and two peer-reviewed publications (Nature Communications, Circulation Research).

A decade of founding, investing, and operating has taught me the best leaders are built on the battlefield. My career reflects that bet.
